Straightforward and easy to understand!

If you have tried to learn QuickBooks in the past but have failed, this is the system for you. This is specific to real estate, so only relevant topics are discussed. She walks you through each part of setting up QuickBooks, from installation of the software, through setting up the files based on the templates, and to tracking your income and expenses in the system. I can now finally understand how all the pieces fit together! This is a fraction of what I would have paid for someone to help set up my system in person!

BE FOREWARNED: Only buy if using QB 2013!

Purchased this with hopes of it being a pretty thorough walk through and it was not. Product description says it works with QB 2013 or later. Quickbooks has changed quite a bit since 2013 and this book does not account for that, nor has it been updated. It is apparent even when going through installation. Some items are the same, some items I have to decipher what and where QB has changed it to and some items are truly just a crap shoot. I would not recommend this unless you have QB 2013 or MAYBE 2014.
